UNIQUE BIOTECHNOLOGY TRAINING COURSE MANUAL

Guangzhou Unique Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in Black Soldier Fly (BSF) breeding, reproduction, and industrial-scale production.
To support international partners in establishing efficient and standardized BSF production systems, Unique offers a flexible training program that combines scientific theory, management experience, and practical insights.

Our training is designed to help participants understand the complete BSF production chain — from biological principles to industrial processing — and apply this knowledge in their own facilities.

Training Structure Overview

We provide three modes of training to meet the needs of partners at different stages of development:

A. Online Learning

Format:
Self-paced online learning with one-year access to digital study materials.

Content Highlights:

lBSF biology and life cycle fundamentals

lBreeding environment setup and larval rearing management

lEgg collection, incubation, and nursery operations

lFeed substrate formulation and optimization

lWaste reduction and bio-safety management

lOverview of processing and product utilization

Support Materials:

lTextbooks, technical videos, and reference documents

lUpdated content reflecting the latest industrial practices

Outcome:
Participants gain a complete theoretical foundation of BSF production and can independently understand the principles behind large-scale operations.

B. Online Learning + Technical Consultation with CTO Dr. Li

Format:
One-year online training access combined with individual technical consultation sessions led by Dr. Li, Chief Technical Officer of Unique Biotechnology, who has extensive expertise in BSF biology and industrial application.

lOne-year valid access for both learning materials and consultation sessions

lReal-time technical Q&A via Zoom, Skype, or other channels

lCase discussions covering reproduction, formulated diet design, nutrition, and management

lGuidance on interpreting production data and troubleshooting common issues

Outcome:
Participants develop a solid theoretical understanding of BSF systems and gain insight into practical problem-solving approaches, enabling them to design or improve production setups with professional confidence.

C. Customized On-Site Practical Training

Format:
In-person, hands-on training designed according to the client’s project background, facility type, and target products.

Possible Training Modules:

Broodstock Management: Broodstock fomulated diet design, environment optimization, cohort synchronization,etc.

Larval Production: Waste based formulated diet design, feeding strategies, density and climate control, and efficiency improvement

Processing & Product Preparation: Drying, oil extraction, defatting, and quality inspection

Facility Design: Reproduction farm layout planning and area calculation,material flow

Production Management: Data recording, yield assessment, and process optimization

Optional Add-ons:

Study visits to Unique demonstration facilities

Post-training technical follow-up

Certification & Support

Upon completion of any training module, participants will receive:

lAccess to follow-up technical updates and publications
